We are the first and very happy clients of APER Solutions and we wanted to express our excitement about what the company has done for us to any interested customers.

We opened December 1st, 2004 and have grown rapidly. The benefit of having APER Solutions there from prior to Day 1 was the best decision we could have made. To have this level of expertise in all technological and billing aspects that we confidently can rely on and trust was very important for two doctors having to learn so many additional things that they did not teach us about in medical school. The icing on the cake is the cost.

We have been getting both Electronic Medical Records and Billing at or near the standard price of billing costs alone. We went through our Quick Books and double checked before writing this letter. And since we don’t have to pay for filing personnel, storage of files or the space required for current files, it is definitely saving us even more in the long run.

Beyond the financial benefits – it is wonderful to have a system that allows such great flow of patient care. We are able to spend more time with patients. Our notes and billing are done rapidly and we don’t spend hours in the office finishing our notes at the end of the day. We are able to give better care to our patients by having the time to spend with them and then when we want to cut down our hours, we won’t be working just to pay the bills – we will be working more if we want to bring home a higher income or we can just chose to work less and have a very respectable income.

And the technological support is great; we don’t really need to know anything about the way the computers are set up or how to run the system. We knew nothing about how to set up a wireless network, let alone what specifics to ask for when buying computers. If we have any problem, we just call.

Of course, the most important part of it all is the billing. As a new practice, we were told not to expect any money from insurance companies for 60 to 90 days. Once we had everything set up, we received some checks within a week of the date of service and we are very happy to say that we started taking income home much sooner than most thought we would!!

Overall, we are very happy with APER Solutions and we would not be doing as well as we are today if it were not for them.
