Sales Contract
Question: Once the sales contract is signed, how soon will the Implementation process begin?
Answer: APER will contact your office within a 24-hour period of time to set up the Pre-install meeting.
Pre-install Meeting
Question: Who from the practice needs to attend this meeting?
Answer: APER will already have an implementation plan created for your practice and the primary contact from your office needs to attend. Please keep in mind APER is representing your practice when discussing the timeline with the ASP vendor.
Management Training
Question: How many days would the management training require?
Answer: Typically one day because APER is responsible for setting up your database and this training is designed to give your management staff the management overview of what APER is responsible for.
End-user Training
Question: How many days would the end-user training require?
Answer: Generally this is a one-day training session with APER playing a major role in creating the written office protocol and assisting the practice in the process prior to the training. This allows for software training rather than overall office process discussions. This approach saves you time away from the office and the patients.
Hardware Installation
Question: Will our office have to shut down while the hardware is being installed?
Answer: APER will work with your current staff and install the equipment with the least amount of patient care interruption as possible.
Live Day
Question: Will anyone from APER be on-site for the LIVE day with our new software and process?
Answer: APER will be there to verify and assist in the process. APER is an extension of your practice.
Post Live Day
Question: How does APER continue the relationship with our office?
Answer: APER is an extension of your practice. First we have daily meetings to discuss process and challenges and then the daily meetings turn to weekly meetings and eventually, as the project continues, there will be monthly meetings. The monthly meetings and meetings as needed will last forever.
