I would like to thank you for the vote of confidence that you have extended us in evaluating the services of our company. I realize that you have many choices and I am grateful that you have chosen APER Solutions to be one of them.

The decision to adopt new technology and business solutions is often a difficult one. When my wife was thinking of opening her own pediatric practice and started looking for technology and business solutions, she found none that she liked AND could afford. There was a noticeable lack of good solutions aimed at the small-to-medium- sized practice; this is when APER Solutions started. We focus on providing cost-effective, comprehensive and technology-centric solutions to small-to-medium-sized practices.

Moreover, with initiatives such as "pay-for-performance" by Medicare and other legislation pending in Congress that would make it easier for practices to afford electronic medical records, I believe that we are seeing all the right signs in moving towards achieving the ideal - the totally paperless and electronic practice!

I strongly believe in the paperless office, in automating processes and in streamlining operations - that is the only way a small practice can flourish in today's environment. With insurance companies reducing reimbursement and with the government cracking down on compliance, it is getting more and more difficult to run a profitable business.
