APER's Pricing Model

All of APER’s fees (for core services) are charged in a subscription-based pricing model. Fees for some consulting services are charged on a hourly basis.

Advantages of subscription-based fees:

• No large upfront investment – You pay for services and software on a monthly basis
• No annual software and hardware maintenance or upgrade costs – The subscription fee includes everything
• Flexible pricing for Billing - Choice of fixed fee per encounter or a percentage of collections
• Budgeting considerations – Allows for you to budget a fixed amount each month for your IT expenses
