ASSESSMENT We assess the needs of a Practice and help determine its goals
Goals and Objectives of this Phase
To assess the needs of the practice and its providers.
To evaluate the daily operations of the practice and to examine workflow.
To gather information on implementing an EMR and/or a Practice Management system.
Tasks
Meet with the principals of the practice and determine their needs.
Collect required information needed for the next phase of the project.
Visit the practice and observe the staff in action.
Analyze the current billing system and determine options for a migration path.
Results / Deliverables
An assessment document with all the information needed for Planning - Phase II.
PLANNING We develop a Execution Plan for a Practice
Goals and Objectives of this Phase
To compile and analyze the information collected in the Assessment Phase
To create a Plan for implementation, migration, and execution.
Results / Deliverables
A Master Plan document to be presented to the principal decision maker(s) of the practice. This document will be used as a
standard for all operations that APER Solutions Inc will provide.
EXECUTION We Execute the Plan
Goals and Objectives of this Phase
Successful execution of the plan for:
- Project Management of the Implementation
- Migration of current data (if needed)
- Training and Support
- Electronic Practice Management (EPM) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Reporting
Tasks
Execution of the plan for every service provided by APER.
Working closely with partners to ensure proper and timely installation of the software.
Working with the staff at the practice to build the database for the software.
Executing the migration plan to import the data from the former system into the new system.
Training of the staff/providers on how to operate the software and incorporate existing workflow.
Defining the templates to meet the needs of the providers.
Setting encounter processing in motion and ensure a smooth transition.
Results / Deliverables
An expected resulted of this phase is a successful and smooth execution of the plan and getting the practice running as a "well-oiled machine".
RESULTS We Report Achievement and Progress of the Plan
Goals and Objectives
To report the progress of the practice in EPM and EMR that includes the Accounts Receivables.
To report the health of the practice.
Tasks & Deliverables
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports that assess the financials for the month.
Weekly to Monthly Meetings to address any questions, issues, or concerns.
Quarterly Meetings to analyze statistics and create strategic plans.
Annual Meetings to discuss the performance of APER Solutions Inc.
